TERMS AND CONDITIONS - WIN IT. WEAR IT. WAGO IT.
SECTION 1: THE PROMOTER
1. The Promoter is: WAGO LIMITED ("Promoter", "WAGO", "us", "our") with company number 02495884 of Unit 1, Handley Road, Houlton, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 1GA.
2. The following terms and conditions apply to all competitions promoted by the Promoter on the Competition Website launched on or after 24th April 2025 (the "Terms"). These Terms form a binding contract between the Promoter and each individual who enters the competition (the "Entrant", or "you"). Entry into any competition constitutes the Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms.
3. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not enter the competition. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final in relation to all aspects of the promotion. Please check these Terms regularly to ensure that you understand the conditions that apply at the time you enter the competition. The Promoter may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Competition Website, and you agree that you will be bound by any changes to these Terms from the date they are published on the Competition Website. If, however, you have already entered a competition, the changes will not apply to any entries that you have already submitted, but they will apply to any future entries that you submit after the date on which the change become effective.
4. To participate in this competition, you must be a professional working in the United Kingdom in the Electrician, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Wholesaler Industry, aged 18 years or over who are members of, or are employed by a member of, NICEIC, NAPIT, ECA, ELECSA or similar professional organisations. The Promoter reserves the right for all Winners to provide proof that they are employed within one of these Industries.
5. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, (including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland but excluding Republic of Ireland) over the age of 18, except for WAGO employees, and families or anyone directly connected with the organisation, and operators of its brands and concessions. The competition is open to authorised distributors of WAGO products within this region.
6. The WIN IT. WEAR IT. WAGO IT. promotion will be available from 11.59pm on 24th April 2025.
7. Qualifying customers can play the 'Spin to Win' game until 30th September at 23.59pm, there will be over 10,500 prizes available throughout the promotion.
8. The promotion will close when one of the following events occur:
The close date of 30th September 23:59 has been reached or All prizes have been won.
9. Any attempted plays after the closing date will be invalid and illegible for a prize.
10. The promotion is purchase only. The minimum qualifying spend, excluding VAT, to enter the promotion and play the game is £15. More game plays / spins are awarded for more spend as follows:

11. Upon spending the minimum spend at a WAGO approved Distributor, to enter, customers must visit the website: www.winitwithwago.com and:
11.1.Register for the promotion by providing the following information: Title, first name, surname, company name, email address, mobile number and what industry they work within (what best describes you), the distributor they normally shop with, accept the campaign marketing consents, confirm general marketing consents, accept the promotion Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy: www.wago.com/gb/privacy-policy.
11.2.Once registered, scan / upload their invoices for WAGO products purchased. Follow the steps to scan the invoice & calculate the qualifying sales (WAGO spend) & the non-qualifying sales (non-WAGO spend). The appropriate number of plays / spins will be issued.
11.3.Customers can then play the game to win one of the 10,500 prizes available.
12. The promotion is limited to a maximum of 260 entries per person.
13. Customers are restricted to one win per day and one win per week of the promotion or a maximum of 10 prizes.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase (in addition to the invoice scan), proof of a winner's identity in the form of a passport or driver's licence, proof of address in the form of a utility bill and proof of registered electrician status. In the event that a winner cannot provide the Promoter with proof of purchase (where relevant) or of identity and status reasonably acceptable to the Promoter, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and select another winner. The Promoter may in its sole discretion decide as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met.
15. The prizes available are listed below. Prizes will be awarded based on an equal distribution across the active months e.g. 1,750 prizes split across 31 days. WAGO's decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.

15.1.The images featured in any promotional materials are for illustration purposes only, and the prizes may change to those pictured.

16. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
17. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Promoter, winners are not permitted to transfer the right to take up any prize to any other person.
18. We reserve the right to provide alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
19. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
20. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
21. The decisions of the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. Winners of Greggs e-code prizes will see confirmation of their prize on screen. The e-code will be sent within 3 working hours.
23. Winners of WAGO merchandise clothing will see confirmation of their prize and a claim form instantly on screen. Winners must complete the details in the form, including their delivery address and item size (where applicable), to claim the reward. Delivery will be made within 14 working days of submitting the prize claim form. The delivery address must be supplied within 7 days of the closing date of the competition.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed (lost, damaged or delayed) due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, including programming code, databases or software used in the promotion, satellite, telecommunications, network or server failure of any kind. Entrants must ensure they provide a correct and up to date email address and mobile number in order for them to be contacted should they be a winner. The Promoter and / or its agency is not responsible for incorrect entry details.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter may vary the terms of, or terminate, the promotion at any time in its absolute discretion without liability owing to exceptional circumstances which are outside the Promoter's reasonable control, or which would result in a substantial negative impact on the Promoter or the Promoter's business in the Promoter's reasonable discretion. (This includes as an example, a COVID-19 outbreak, which may lead to a prize needing to be re-arranged or cancelled.)
26. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the promotion except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts.

SECTION 2: WINNER DISQUALIFICATION
28. An Entrant or winner may be ineligible to receive the Prize(s) and/or disqualified for the following reasons:
28.1.failures to meet all of the eligibility requirements stated in these Terms;
28.2.failures to abide by these Terms, the Privacy Notice, or Terms of Use;
28.3.failure to provide a valid email address at the time of entry;
28.4.failure to timely respond to the email notifying the Entrant of their being a potential winner;
28.5.the Promoter, having made all reasonable attempts to do so, is unable to contact the entrant;
28.6.the Promoter is unable to verify the identity and verification of the Entrant to its reasonable satisfaction;
28.7.failure to complete or provide documentation requested by the Promoter in a timely manner;
28.8.the provision of false, incomplete and / or misleading information to the Promoter or any of the other Prize providers;
28.9.the commission of any fraud or deception in connection with any Invoice submission, Prize award, use of the Competition Website, and / or relationship with the Promoter;
28.10.acting in a threatening, abusive, or harassing manner, at any time before or during the awarding of the Prize(s), by the Promoter and / or any of its personnel;
28.11.inability to timely accept the Prize(s) for any reason, including, but not limited to, inability to travel to the location where the Prize(s) is being fulfilled and / or delivered, and / or injury or death; and
28.12.the inability of the Promoter to timely award or otherwise fulfil the Prize(s) due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
SECTION 3: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
29. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter or their agent's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which the Promoter is unable to exclude or restrict liability by law.
30. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty that the competition will be free from errors or omissions, or be available and uninterrupted at all times throughout the Entry Period. The competition may be suspended and without notice if there is technical issues with any hardware or software required for the proper running of the competition. The Promoter accepts no liability for any modification or discontinuance of the competition.
31. The Promoter shall not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising for:
31.1. any direct financial loss, loss of income, profits, or revenue;
31.2. loss of opportunity, goodwill, business or contracts;
31.3. loss of, damage to, or corruption, of data;
31.4. loss arising from disclosure of confidential information;
31.5. loss arising from or in connection with use of the Service or inability to use or access the Service or a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Service; or
31.6. indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
SECTION 4: DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
32. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy https://www.wago.com/gb/privacy-policy. See also conditions in this section with regard to the announcement of winners.
33. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
34. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent, where indicated in the registration form for the promotion. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall restrict the Promoter from disclosing winner information to persons enquiring where required by law. Entrants may object to their information being made available in this way or request the information is reduced by contacting the Operator at ukmarketing@wago.com or to the ASA, if required to do so.
35. The winner's names can be obtained by contacting us via ukmarketing@wago.com after the closure of the promotion.
36. All winners must, at the Promoter's request, participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity, photography and video recording) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images and any material resulting from such promotional activity in any medium (including without limitation on the internet) in any manner it sees fit.
37. WAGO will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. If you object to any or all your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter's Distribution Marketing Team by email: ukmarketing@wago.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
SECTION 5: GENERAL
38. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
39. If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of the provisions in these Terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
40. We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for the competition. We'll tell you in writing if this happens and we'll ensure that the transfer won't affect your rights under the contract.
41. Nobody else has any rights under these Terms. If an Entrant enters into the competition, these Terms form a contract between the Entrant and the Promotor. Nobody else can enforce it and neither the Entrant or the Promotor will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
42. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
43. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the promotion except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts.
SECTION 6: PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
44. WAGO Merchandise Prizes
44.1. This gift is issued by WAGO.
44.2. All merchandise prizes are offered on the basis that they are subject to availability. WAGO reserves the right to substitute rewards for a different size or for a similar quality and value if the reward featured is no longer available for any reason.
44.3. Despite WAGO's efforts, there may be instances when rewards are advertised incorrectly on the Website or sizes are not available. If this is the case, WAGO reserves the right to amend the Website to correct any errors. Where the Customer has claimed a reward, WAGO shall contact the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable to notify them of the error and determine how best to proceed. For the avoidance of doubt, neither WAGO nor any third-party shall be obliged to offer the reward where an error has been made.
44.4. WAGO will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the rewards to your nominated address within 14 days of the date of claiming. However, due to the exclusive nature of these rewards, despatch is subject to stock availability and no liability is accepted for late delivery.
44.5. All rewards are supplied with and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. WAGO shall have no responsibility for the standard, quality or otherwise of any rewards.
44.6. WAGO accepts no responsibility for rewards lost or delayed in the post.
45. £3 Greggs E-code Prizes
45.1. These e-codes are issued by Greggs plc.

46. WAGO shall also not be responsible where a third-party fails to issue a reward.
47. Any rewards that an individual receives through the promotion are received purely in the capacity of an agent, acting on behalf of the Customer. Any decision entitling individuals to be in receipt of the rewards rests with the Customer and not WAGO.
